Melinda Conrad

Melinda Conrad is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX Limited, Caltex Australia Limited, and the Stockland Corporation Limited.  Melinda is also a Director of the Centre for Independent Studies, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the ASIC Director Advisory Panel.

Melinda has also served as Non-Executive Director of OFX Group Limited, David Jones Limited, APN News & Media Limited, NSW Clinical Excellence Commission, NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, and the Garvan Medical Research Institute Foundation. Melinda is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Melinda joined the Board in November 2015.
